At Pre-Owned Luxury Timepieces, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch requires confidence at every stage of the experience. We aim to process, package, and ship every order carefully while providing customers with clear information about delivery and returns.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Once your order has been shipped, available tracking information will be provided.

Shipping

We offer domestic and/or international shipping to eligible destinations. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Insurance requirements

Where applicable, shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Shipping Insurance

Orders are fully insured/insured where applicable during transit according to the shipping method and coverage provided for the order.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, the watch must:

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • Show no new signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Include all accessories, boxes, documents, tags, and other items supplied with the order
  • Be returned according to the instructions provided by our team

A return request must be submitted before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law:

  • Final-sale items
  • Special orders
  • Personalized or modified products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Watches altered, resized, serviced, or repaired after receipt
  • Items returned incomplete or in a materially different condition

Any additional exclusions will be clearly communicated where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error on our part or an eligible issue with the item received, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility / handled according to our return authorization instructions.

Customers should use a secure, trackable, and appropriately insured shipping method.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned watches are inspected before a refund is approved. This process helps confirm that the watch and accompanying items have been returned in their original eligible condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method / applicable refund method within approximately 5–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order was damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs or other requested information so the issue can be reviewed.
